Max Webb, Optometrist MOptom (UNSW)
Max moved to Port Macquarie from Sydney and joined the Partnership in 1984. He and his wife Catherine have raised their family of 4 boys in Port Macquarie and during that time Max gained his Master of Optometry. Max oversees the smooth running of all the practices on the Mid North Coast and Hornsby and the In-house Optical Laboratory, Hastings Optical Supplies. He consults in the following branches: Port Macquarie: Lighthouse Plaza and Wauchope.
Jenna Owen – Optometrist BOptom (Hons) BSci ( VisSci) (UNSW)
Jenna joined BPW in January 2011. She grew up in the country town of Albert, near Dubbo. She graduated from UNSW with Bachelor of Optometry/Bachelor of Science with Ocular Therapeutic Endorsement. Jenna is a keen golfer and enjoys many other sports. She has a special interest in eye disease and Indigenous Health and was featured in the June 2011 Women’s Weekly. Jenna contuls in the following branches: Port Macquarie; Lighthouse Plaza; Wauchope
Natasha Barnard-French – Behavioural Optometrist BOptom (UNSW) MSc (Optom) FACBO
Natasha completed her optometry degree with honours in 1993 and went on to complete a research masters in vision development and learning in 1995. This interest in childrens’ vision led to a fellowship in Behavioural Optometry in 2003 and working in specialty behavioural practices in Perth for 10 years.
With parents living in Laurieton and two young girls enjoying all the area has to offer she has happily settled back on the east coast and is keen to continue providing specialty behavioural vision care to adults and children alike.
Alison Doak- Optical Dispenser
Alison is a true local having lived in Port Macquarie her entire life! Alison has worked in the Optical Industry for 14 years and has been with Baker Payne Webb for the past 2 ½ years. After many years in customer service she completed her studies to become a fully qualified optical dispenser and specialises in frame selection and lens choices. She is extremely competent with spectacle repairs, servicing and frame adjustments. Alison is in charge of our Lighthouse Plaza practice and continues to enjoy learning about all aspects of eye health.
